Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 6, 2026
Loan Option Finder ("Loan Option Finder," "we," "us," or "our") operates loanoptionfinderguide.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share and sell it to, and the choices you have.
Please read the following carefully. By using the Site and submitting a loan request, you consent to the practices described here, including the sale and sharing of your personal information with lenders, lead purchasers, and marketing partners.
Loan Option Finder is not a lender. We do not make loans, make credit decisions, or set loan terms. We operate a marketing and referral service that connects consumers with third-party lenders, lending partners, and lead purchasers.

- Measure and optimize our advertising, including sharing conversion data with advertising platforms
- Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests
4. How We Share and Sell Your Information
This is the most important section of this policy. Please read it carefully.
4.1 Lenders, lending partners, and lead purchasers
When you submit a loan request, we transmit your information — including your Social Security number, driver's license number, bank account and routing numbers, income, and employment details — to our lead network partner, which in turn distributes it to a network of lenders, lending partners, and other purchasers of consumer loan inquiries.
We are compensated for this transmission. Under the laws of certain states, including California, this constitutes a "sale" of your personal information. We may also be compensated based on whether a lender ultimately funds a loan for you.
Once your information is transmitted, those recipients handle it under their own privacy policies, not ours. We do not control how they use, retain, share, or further sell your information. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any lender or partner that contacts you.
4.2 Marketing partners
Where you have provided consent, we and our partners may share your contact information with third parties offering financial products and services, including loans, credit repair, debt relief, insurance, and related offers.
4.3 Service providers
We share information with vendors who perform services for us, including hosting, form and consent verification, analytics, fraud prevention, communications, and advertising measurement. These vendors are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.
4.4 Advertising platforms
We share limited, hashed identifiers (such as email address, phone number, name, city, state, and ZIP code) and event data with advertising platforms including Meta to measure and optimize our advertising. We do not send Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or bank account information to advertising platforms.
4.5 Legal and business transfers
We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our Terms of Use, protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
5. Marketing Communications and Your Consent
By submitting the form and checking the applicable consent boxes, you provide express written consent to be contacted by Loan Option Finder and our lenders, partners, and marketing partners at the telephone number(s) and email address you provided. This may include:
- Autodialed and pre-recorded or artificial voice calls
- Text (SMS) messages
- Emails
This consent applies even if the number you provide is on a federal or state Do Not Call list, and consent is not a condition of receiving any loan, product, or service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
To stop receiving messages:
- SMS: reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.
- Email: click the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us at support@nepsismarketinggroup.com.
- Calls: ask the caller to place you on their internal do-not-call list.
Because your information is transmitted to multiple third parties, opting out with us does not stop contact from lenders or partners who already received your information. You must opt out with each of them directly.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, attribution, and advertising. This includes:
- Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API — measures conversions and supports ad delivery and optimization
- Attribution and click-tracking technology — attributes conversions to advertising sources
- Analytics tools — measure Site performance and user behavior
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect Site functionality. Some browsers offer a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal; where required by law, we treat a GPC signal as a valid opt-out of the sale and sharing of personal information.
7. Your Privacy Rights
7.1 California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Delete personal information we have collected about you, subject to exceptions
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
- Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information
- Non-discrimination for exercising your rights
In the preceding twelve months, we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 2, and have sold or shared the categories described in Section 4, for the purposes described in Section 3.
We sell and share sensitive personal information, including Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, and financial account information, as part of our core service.
To exercise your rights, including opting out of sale or sharing, email support@nepsismarketinggroup.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent, subject to verification.
7.2 Other state privacy laws
Residents of states including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, New Jersey, and others have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal information, and certain profiling. Some states also provide a right to appeal a denied request. Use the same contact method above.
7.3 Financial privacy
Certain information you provide is protected under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). Where GLBA applies, our handling of that information is governed by our financial privacy practices and the practices of the financial institutions that receive it.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We transmit sensitive identifiers to our lead network partner and do not retain your Social Security number, driver's license number, or bank account credentials on our systems after transmission.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal obligations, including retaining consent records as required by applicable telemarketing law.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it. Contact us at support@nepsismarketinggroup.com if you believe a minor has provided information.
11. Third-Party Sites
The Site may link or redirect to third-party websites, including lender sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Review their policies before providing information.
12. Users Outside the United States
The Site is intended for United States residents only. Our services are not available outside the United States. Information we collect is processed in and may be transferred to the United States and Canada.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
